Grape variety: Barbera. Origin Vinaccia: Selected from the best producers of Monferrato and Asti. Distillation system: Discontinuous at low pressure with steam operated copper stills. Distillation period: October and November of each year. Aging: Aged 7 years in French oak and chestnut bottles. Color: Intense amber. Bouquet: Complex, enveloping, smoky notes. Taste: The absence of filtration gives a rich and persistent flavor. Bottle capacity: cl. 70 Alcohol: 45% vol.
