Grapes: Ruché, Moscato, Nebbiolo da Barolo, Grignolino, Malvasia, Barbera and Chardonnay. Origin Vinaccia: Selected from the best producers of Monferrato and Asti. Distillation system: Discontinuous at low pressure with steam operated copper stills. Distillation period: October and November of each year. Type of aging: One year in oak barrels. Aroma: Fine, delicate, typical hints of the vine to which it belongs. Taste: Very fine, the sensations perceived in the perfume are confirmed. Bottle capacity: cl. 70 Alcohol: 45% vol. for ruchè grape.
