Tasting Notes
The extra virgin olive oil "I-Oil" by Marina Palusci is a mono-variety of the Intosso cultivar, the color is an emerald green with straw yellow reflections. On the nose there are notes of tomato, solanaceous, aromatic herbs and balsamic while the taste is perceived bitter and spicy in harmony with hints of tomato and aromatic herbs.
