Rosé sparkling wine, Col De Mez in Extra Dry version, MAGNUM format (1.5 litres).It is produced with Pinot Nero and Raboso grapes from the Quartier del Piave area. Once in the cellar, the bunches are pressed and the skins left to macerate on the must for a short time. Thus the light pink color that characterizes this sparkling wine is obtained.Ideal to uncork during a party with friends or as a gift for a special occasion.
