DESCRIPTION From 100% Glera grapes grown in vineyards located between 200 and 300 meters above sea level. After a soft pressing, the wine ferments in steel and is left in contact with the fine lees for 5 months. The refermentation in autoclave in compliance with the Charmat method requires aging on the lees for at least 60 days before bottling. Sparkling wine with a fresh and delicate aroma, hints of ripe fruit, predominantly apple. Inviting, full, aromatic and elegant flavor with good structure.
