After bottling, the wine remains in aging for at least eight months.

NOTES This line includes autochthonous karst varieties that express their most typical and sincere character. During the maceration of wines, we follow the patterns of an extremely elegant process. When we want to stimulate the physical processes in the formation of wine, we allow the wine to partially mature in Slavonian oak barrels. The wine is made from carefully selected bunches that most directly express the characteristics of our Uje vineyard and our land.
AGING Aging for at least 12-18 months on the lees, undergoes the malolactic fermentation and is bottled after 3 years, without being filtered.
