This wine comes from a careful selection of the best grapes from the vineyard of the Vigna Vecchia Groppone family, located in the municipality of Diano d'Alba. After a careful and accurate selection, the grapes arrive in the cellar for soft pressing. The pulp is then fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in small oak barriques for a period of 12 months. It is then aged in the bottle for a further period of time. The wine has a good structure and body, the color is intense ruby red, and after a year of aging it acquires garnet shades. The scent is fruity with hints of vanilla. It perfectly accompanies game and cheeses. Serve at room temperature.
