NOTES It comes from a skilful blend of both native and international grapes, chosen with care and attention by the team of the Bastianich winery, where alongside Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, we find Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso. The grapes, selected during the harvest phase, after vinification, proceed with the refinement phase, which is extremely important for forming the personality of the wine. The aging is carried out in barrique and lasts for 18 months, a period at the end of which the bottling and marketing operations are started.
AGING It is aged in oak barrels for 70% second passage and the remaining 30% in new barriques for 18 months. Once assembled and bottled they rest in the bottle for about 18 months.
