Alkemiko is a red wine from the McCalin Winery produced from 100% Montepulciano grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in steel and maceration on the skins for 15/20 days. Followed by aging in steel for 14 months and 10 in barrique, no filtration or clarification, no added yeast.
