Costetoste Aglianico Terre di Chieti IGT 2015 Magnum - Fontefico

The costetoste opens the nose with intense balsamic notes of anise and rosemary. Plums and black cherries alternate with black pepper and anise. It is a very full-bodied and mineral wine, with high acidity and a finish of cocoa beans. Fierce tannins and exposed muscles make it an uncompromising red. To be enjoyed with game, fatty meats or with very aged cheeses. The "costetoste" is the only Aglianico produced in Abruzzo, from our vineyard Le Coste: a very steep terrain completely exposed to the south. Extreme agronomic conditions for an equally extreme wine.
