FERMENTATION
Method: Maceration in stainless steel rotofermenter.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Colour is ruby red, slightly pale. On the nose, hints of cherries, strawberries and blackberries. Fresh and balanced on the palate.
PAIRINGS
Ideal for enhancing the flavours of roasts, white meats and medium-aged cheeses. It excels with fatty meat fish.
