Grapes : Sangiovese minimum 85% Merlot maximum 15%. Carbonic maceration. Bright and bright ruby red color with purple reflections. Fruity scent of wild berries that mixes with the sweetness of the scent of strawberry grapes. Fresh, soft, fine and balanced taste . Excellent as between meals and ideal with soups, light meats, cured meats and cheeses. Perfect pairing with roasted chestnuts. Alcohol 12.5% Accompaniments: legume soups, cured meats and roasted chestnuts.
