GRAPES: Sangiovese 80% and other autochthonous varieties 20%. VINEYARDS: 5-20 years. ALTITUDE: 250-550 m. asl. SOIL: Medium texture with a prevalence of clay and galestro. EXPOSURE: South-West. TRAINING SYSTEM: Spurred cordon. HARVEST PERIOD: Beginning of October. VINIFICATION: The grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, where they also naturally carry out the malolactic fermentation. AGING: In steel for 4 months.
