Il Palagio is where those vines grow and thrive. This is the estate of Sting and his wife Trudie Styler, a plot of land lying on the hills around Figline Valdarno.

65 acres of vineyards surrounding a completely renovated historic 16th century mansion, surrounded by greenery. Strains grown in respect of the earth which, generous, reciprocates with its tastiest fruits.

La Regista is a Chianti Riserva made from 100% Sangiovese grapes

Refinement: After a 12-day rest on the skins, it then refines for about 14 months in barrels

Color: Ruby red with very light garnet textures

Perfumes: Large bouquet of withered red flowers, dark berry fruit such as cherry, raspberry, blackberry. Spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper, juniper notes with balsamic undertones.

Taste: Warm, soft, velvety, fresh with good acidity.
