ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Intense ruby red color with garnet hues, rich fruity and spicy aromas, dry flavour, generous and velvety body. TABLE PAIRINGS Perfect companion to roasts, game and aged cheeses. Uncork the bottle at least one hour before serving. Serving temperature 18-20°C.
