Vines Nerello mascalese Vinification: Vinification and aging in oak barrels. Characteristics Deep wine, with great silky tannins. Coming from ancient vines grown on deposits dating back to about 15,000 years ago. This wine is a reading of Etna in a Piedmontese key, where acidity and volume play a great role. TYPE
