Among the first pure Cabernet Sauvignon produced in Sicily. For his personality and originality he has been awarded many times over the years. Expresses the territory from which it comes: Corleone. With a purplish-red colour, it has a complex and persistent aroma, reminiscent of blackcurrant fruits and spices.
Grapes used: Cabernet Sauvignon.
Yield: 70 quintals/ha.
Harvest: end of September.

Method: maceration in stainless steel fermenters.
Temperature: 24-26°C.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Purple red color with ruby reflections. Complex and persistent bouquet with hints of blackcurrant and spices. It has a warm and dry taste, with a strong personality.
PAIRINGS
To be served at 16-18°C. It elegantly accompanies all important dishes based on red meats, game, game and cheeses.
