Aging Aging for 44 months in 10/40-hl oak barrels. Color Intense, brilliant garnet red. Intense, characteristic vinous aroma, hints of marasca cherry, vanilla, currants, coffee. Tannic but fine, elegant and delicate flavour. Scent of bramble, broad, long on the palate, harmonious. Gastronomic combinations It can be combined with savory foods; roasted and grilled meat, aged cheeses, dry pastries. Serving temperature To fully enjoy it, it is advisable to uncork the bottle preferably in advance and serve at 18/20° C.
