Cent'Are Nero D'Avola Duca di CastelMonte is a Sicilian red wine with a ruby red color with sensations of red fruit and a slight spicy note. Quite soft dry taste, medium structure.
ORIGIN: Central-Western Sicily
HARVEST: from mid-September
AGING: six months in steel vats and four months in barriques
COLOUR: ruby red
BOUQUET: intense with sensations of red fruit and a pleasant spicy note
TASTE: dry, quite soft, medium structure
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol
PAIRING: Excellent with white and red meats. Ideal with first courses based on meat sauce.
