This Pinot Noir comes from vineyards that extend to 450 meters sldm in the Bassa Atesina. The particular composition of the soil, a mixture of clay and limestone, and the particularly favorable microclimate, with significant temperature changes between day and night, are the ideal conditions for the production of a high quality Pinot Noir.
Production area: South Tyrol.
· Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir.
· Colour: ruby red.
· Bouquet: with notes of berries and cherry.
· Taste: balanced, persistent and elegant.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
· Gastronomic combinations: perfect with red meats, lamb, poultry and game.
