This is certainly one of the most innovative wines produced to date. It contains all those characteristics that are most appreciated in wine: the fruity and fragrant aromas, the lively and deep colours, the strength of youth, the maturity of the wood, the softness of elegance.
Grapes used Sangiovese up to 70%. Cabernet and other varieties for the rest. These percentages change at our discretion and according to the vintage. Vinification technique As they ripen at different times, the two grape varieties are vinified separately. Towards the end of the fermentation they are then combined and placed in small wooden barrels where they slowly complete the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Refinement Bottling takes place between March and April of the year following the harvest. Ready for consumption, however, like all fine red wines, it can also be safely aged. Color Very intense ruby red. Perfume Winy and fruity at the same time, with sensations of cherry, pleasant hints of vanilla, coffee and spices. Flavor Full, soft, with excellent structure. Alcohol content 12-12.5% vol. Serving temperature 15-16 °C the first year, then at 18-20 °C. Gastronomic combinations Due to its fruity characteristics, it can also be consumed with first courses and white meats, but it gives its best with flavorful dishes such as typical regional dishes, with roasts, with meat.
