Schiava, an indigenous Trentino vine, has always been cultivated on the typical terraced vineyards of the Cembra Valley.
Light red in colour, Schiava di Cembra has an elegant bouquet reminiscent of fresh red berries. Soft and balanced on the palate, it has a slightly acidic note that goes well with traditional local dishes.
