Characterized by a very spicy nose with the characteristic varietal vegetable and balsamic notes. Cabernet Franc has a balanced structure with good sapidity and acidity. It is worked almost exclusively in steel. Ideal for pairing with game and grilled meats.
Cabernet Franc DOC is a Friulian red wine, produced by the Perusini farm, located in Corno di Rosazzo in the province of Udine, on the eastern Friulian hills. The grape that gives rise to this wine is 100% Cabernet Franc. The vinification takes place in steel with selected yeasts, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barriques.
