Clear and intense in colour. Spicy aroma and red fruit. The full and complete flavor of chocolate, mint, with hints of vanilla. Great body but at the same time great balance and softness.
The grapes are harvested by hand; after destemming and crushing, fermentation takes place on the skins in stainless steel tanks with pistons at a temperature of 24-28°C, breaking the cap 4-6 times a day for the first week. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in new French and American oak barrels for 8 months. Finally, after blending, it is bottled and left to refine in the bottle.
