Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere and Syrah grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand in small 15 kg containers and gently pressed. 48 hours of maceration at low temperature (10°C) for the extraction of the aromas. Fermentation takes place at 22-24°C for 10 days. Another week of maceration on the skins follows. The malolactic fermentation takes place entirely in steel tanks. The wines are aged separately in French oak barriques (Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah) and in American barriques (Carmenere) for 12 months.
