The grapes come from the youngest plots, located on textured land franca, rich in skeleton and marl, selected and harvested by hand in boxes. The fermentation then takes place in steel vats during which they are frequent pumping over, checks and tastings were carried out. After about 3 weeks the wine it is separated from the skins and begins its refinement in tonneaux and steel where matures for approximately 12 months. Then follows another period of refinement in steel where the wine completes its course before bottling.

The property extends in a single body on the south, south-west side of the hill, in front of the historic abbey at an average altitude of 350m slm. The perfect exposure, the microclimatic conditions of the area and the balanced texture of the soil allow us to obtain grapes of the highest quality for the production of wines with great structure. The vineyards have an average age of 20 years, and the forms of pruning adopted are guyot and spurred cordon. The average plant density per hectare is 5,000 plants. The varieties currently cultivated are Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with which four distinct wines are produced.
