Cultivated in Trentino in very few particularly suitable areas, the noble French vine has found an ideal habitat in the foothill vineyards that embrace the municipalities of Lavis and Giovo.
Due to its elegant nature, as demanding as it is seductive, Pinot Noir reaches the optimal level of maturity only after a long stay on the vine.
Of a pale ruby red colour, in the glass it reveals an intense aroma, with hints of cherry and morello cherry, which slowly ends in a pleasant and typical aroma of red wild berries. In the mouth it is delicate and fruity and the dense and silky tannin gives a full and pleasantly long flavour.
