The essence of Vertigo, expressed by traditional varieties such as Merlot and Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, and international cultivars such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, represents the beauty of Friuli Venezia Giulia in its diversity.
The delicately destemmed grapes are then subjected to pressing. Fermentation follows with maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel containers. The maturation takes place in steel and small French oak barrels. Once bottled, the wine rests in temperature-controlled rooms for refinement.
