Massolino's Barolo "Parafada" comes from vines that are more than 50 years old from the Parafada di Serralunga cru and ages for 30 months in cask. The bouquet is floral, spicy, deep and very elegant. On the palate it is warm and soft, very harmonious and balanced, with a very long persistence
Intense and brilliant garnet red wine which, of course, tends to evolve with ageing. The nose is deep, very broad, offering multiple aromas among which red fruits prevail associated with floral and spicy notes. The elegance and refinement of Nebbiolo is inevitable, especially after a few years of aging. On the palate it is powerful, rich and austere. Perfect wine for long ageing.
