Primitivo, a native black grape variety of Puglia, owes its name to the characteristic vegetative phases of the plant, all early, from ripening to budding, from flowering to veraison, from which the old name of "Primaticcio" derives.
Denomination: Red Primitivo di Manduria DOP Vintage: 2018 Colour: Intense ruby red. Aroma: Intense and decisive aromas of black cherry jam and wild strawberries, elegant spicy notes of licorice. Taste: Round in the mouth, with a good structure, a present but balanced tannin and the return of the fruity notes already perceived on the nose. Pairing: Grilled meats, game, aromatic cured meats, aged cheeses. Format: 750ml
