The Seggio is the largest watercourse in the Municipality of Castagneto Carducci. This Bolgheri Rosso is produced with typical grape varieties, carefully harvested and vinified to ensure thickness and concentration, but also great freshness and drinkability.
Type : Red Still Dry DOC Origin : Tuscany Grapes : 50% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Petit Verdot Sensations : The nose makes us perceive a nice fresh and crunchy fruit, enriched with mineral and spicy notes . The mouth _x005F_x008f_ medium-bodied with notes of red berry fruit. The tannins are elegant, silky, enveloping, of great softness. The final _x005F_x008f_ precise, clean and lively. Vinification : After destemming, soft pressing with partial breaking of the berries. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Aging: 15 months in 225 liter French oak barriques 30% new and 70% second passage Alcohol content : 14.5% vol. Tips : Store in a cool place, away from light, bottle lying down. Do not refrigerate. Open at least 15 minutes before serving. Serving temperature : 18 ° Pairing : Grilled meat
