Carboni 's “ Balente” Mandrolisai Rosso Superiore DOC is the result of a careful vinification of Bovale Sardo, Cannonau and Monica grapes. The vineyards are located near the winery, in Ortueri, in the territory of Mandrolisai and Barbagia. Intense red in the glass, the nose develops hints of red fruit jam, sweet spices and Mediterranean scrub. A warm and generous sip follows, with a robust structure and vigorous tannins.
