Production area: Cerreto Guidi, Tuscany. Grapes and Vinification: Sangiovese 50%, Merlot 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%. after malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels of first passage for 18 months. Before being released, the wine is aged in the bottle for at least 6 months. Color and Pairing: Bright ruby red, excellent with red meat and aged cheeses.
