Merlot DOC is a Friulian red wine, produced by the Perusini Farm, located in Corno di Rosazzo in the province of Udine, on the eastern Friulian hills. The grape that gives rise to this wine is 100% Merlot, a French vine with a fragrant and fruity aroma. The vinification takes place in steel with selected yeasts, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barriques.
