PRODUCTION AREA Serralunga d'Alba; height above sea level: 360 meters, on the top of the hill; exposure: full south.

AGE OF VINES From 14 to 50 years.

VINIFICATION Manual harvest in 18 kg crates. and manual selection of the bunches. Transport of the crates to the company, selection with a conveyor belt before going into the destemmer-shelling machine. Crushed transported in a 50 Hl fermenter, where alcoholic fermentation takes place, daily pumping over and wetting of the cap, for about 25-28 days.

COLOR Intense, deep, limpid garnet ruby

BOUQUET Citrus notes, red currant, undergrowth, wet limestone, nose not fully expressed, but which begins to gain wider sensations.
