Pairings: excellent with fish soups, mullets, tomato-based first courses, white meats, semi-aged cheeses, it goes well with pizza. Excelled with shellfish and scampi. View: bright cherry red, with reflections tending to scarlet. Alcoholic content: 13% vol. Taste: very fresh in the mouth thanks to the good acidity, soft and harmonious, there are fruity notes of cherry followed by an almond finish.
