TYPE Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC. VINES Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 100%. VINEYARDS Owned, in the Ancona hills, grown in gujot rows. SOIL Clayey and calcareous. VINIFICATION Cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. AGING Short in the bottle. STYLE Pleasantly soft and fruity. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Cherry red color. Ample fruity aromas with hints of morello cherries and very fine floral notes. Good structure, very balanced, soft and persistent.
