Colour: bright cherry red.
Smell: intense, with fruity aromas, hints of cherry, strawberry and petunia stand out.
Taste: balanced, harmonious and fragrant, with good persistence.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol
Serving temperature: 12/14°C.
Pairings: first courses and white meats, excellent with fish soups, semi-mature cheeses, it goes well with pizza. Excellent with shellfish: scampi alla catalana.
