Costadolio Rosato Veneto IGT 2023 - Maculan

The rosé wine Costadolio Veneto Merlot Rosato IGT of the Maculan winery is obtained from the exclusive use of fine Merlot grapes. The hills around the town of Breganze, in the province of Vicenza, welcome the vineyards located at an average altitude of 300 meters. The tuffaceous and volcanic soils, combined with the particularly favorable microclimatic conditions, ensure the production of delicious grapes. For three generations, this winery has been attentive to the production of quality wines, perfectly combining experience and innovation. To produce the Costadolio Veneto Merlot Rosato IGT wine, each phase of the production cycle is followed with particular care. After the harvest, carried out when the bunches have reached the right ripeness, a soft pressing and a short cold maceration are carried out. The aging in steel is then carried out before the refinement in the bottle. Fresh and pleasant wine, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif or to accompany a dinner.
