A blend composed of 90% Pinto Nero and the remaining 10% Chardonnay, Mariella ages for 62 to 70 months according to the Classic Method and stands out for its elegance and complexity, given by the subtle balance between the austerity of Pinot Noir and the softness of Chardonnay, characteristics that give it a remarkable expressive richness and a prominent place in the Franciacorta panorama.

Brilliant antique pink color with lively amber reflections, it has a very thin, fast and constant perlage. The nose enchants with memories of rose water, wild strawberries and raspberries, hints of face powder and almond candy, together with tones of toasted hazelnut and pastry. The taste expresses a freshness that dominates but does not attack, on the contrary, flanked by a structured and deep body, it makes the sip very engaging. Rich in fruity references, it leaves behind a long marine trail. Try it with fish tartare, tagliolini allo scoglio, you can risk it on a risotto with radicchio.
