Grape variety: 85% Glera and 15% Blend (Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio) Grape origin: Provinces of Treviso, Padua, Pordenone, Venice Denomination: DOC Actual alcohol content: 11% vol. Residual sugar: 8-10 g/l Description: Brilliant straw yellow wine with some greenish reflections. With a lively perlage, it has aromas of good intensity with floral hints of acacia flowers and fruity hints of yellow apple. The taste is fresh and on the palate it is pleasant and harmonious. Pairings: Recommended as an aperitif, with appetizers in general, and light vegetable first courses. Serving temperature: 6-7°C
