VINIFICATION After the extremely delicate de-stemming, the first fermentation takes place in steel containers, thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts and the preparation of a pied de cuve. Each vineyard is vinified separately and assembled for refermentation.

NOTES A Blanc de Blancs obtained from the vinification of Chardonnay grapes only, the 1701 Franciacorta Satèn offers all the aromatic breadth and elegance of this vine. Soft, thanks to the fine and elegant perlage, mature and round, after at least 30 months of aging on the lees it can express all the richness and intensity of which it is capable.
