Marsala Fine DOC is the youngest in the Marsala wine family. In fact, as per the production disciplinary, it is aged for only one year and for this reason it is intended for use in the kitchen, where it is an inevitable ingredient in various sweet and savory dishes due to the unique aroma it brings.

DURATION: If kept away from sources of light and heat, it can be stored without time limits, continuing to acquire character over time. STORAGE METHOD: Once the bottle has been opened, if it is closed again with its mushroom cap and kept in a dry place, away from sources of light and heat, it keeps well for several months
