From the Cinque Terre, a naturalistic park that is the flagship of Liguria and of Italy in general, the Lunae winery manages to produce this quality, renowned white sweet wine with supreme elegance.A wine that boasts the denomination of controlled origin Cinque Terre Sciacchetrà, with an alcohol content of 14.5% alcohol by volume and produced through the skilful vinification of Bosco, Albarola and Vermentino grapes.All the vineyards grown within the company are located in the Cinque Terre National Park. The type of soil is pebbly and rich in skeleton. The grape harvest takes place in the month of September, in the second half and reaches the end of the month. The harvest is manual and the grapes are left to dry naturally, still on the bunches, all selected and placed on wooden racks where they remain until December.The winemaking process involves the use of stainless steel tanks for fermentation where the must and then the wine is kept at a controlled temperature. Then the refinement takes place instead in small oak barrels where the wine rests for 24 months, a subsequent period of refinement takes place in the bottle and lasts for a further 3 months.Characteristics of the Sciacchetrà Cinque Terre "Refursà" DOC wine The color of the Refursà Sciacchetrà DOC Cinque Terre National Park wine shows an internal amber yellow color with very subtle topaz reflections on organoleptic examination.The very intense aroma lets ripe fruit, spices, dried figs and candied orange emerge above all.On the palate it is enveloping and opens with great refinement. Confirms nasal sensations right away. The sweet component is very soft and intriguing, balanced with the freshness and flavor of Vermentino.
