The wine with Amarene is a product of the Abruzzese tradition, and exists in different variants Collefrisio uses exclusively its Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, to which a syrup obtained from the Amarena cherries is added. Ruby red with amaranth reflections, the nose is very intense, with hints of red fruits and cocoa notes, while on the palate it is immediately elegant, soft and fresh, with a nice acidity. Bottle: 50 cl.
GRAPES : Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 100% PRESENTATION : The wine with Amarene is a product of the Abruzzo tradition, and is found in different variations, some of which also include the addition of liqueur.In our case only our Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is used, to which a syrup obtained from Amarena cherries is added. COLOR : Ruby red with amaranth reflections. NOSE : Very intense, red fruits together with notes of cocoa. TASTE : Very elegant and soft, pleasant and fresh with a nice acidity that makes it even more pleasant. PAIRING : Excellent with pastries, chocolate desserts, fruit pies. Also also with blue cheeses. Serve cold.
