NOTES Supernat, chardonnay vinified and aged on indigenous yeasts in terracotta amphorae, represents freedom. The freedom of the winemaker to experiment with a material that allows the wine a transpiration like that of a barrique, but which unlike wood does not give the wine neither tannins nor aromas. The freedom to the wine itself which, resting for months inside these amphorae, can fully express the characteristics of the territory and the fruit.
AGING Aging on indigenous yeasts in terracotta amphora for 9 months.
