Chardonnay I.G.P. Tenuta San Marco Bianco 2021 – Cantine Due Palme

A great classic from Salento, a lively and fresh white that speaks well of balance and flavor. Famous all over the world, here in Salento Chardonnay has found an environment particularly suitable for its cultivation. The grapes are harvested in August and subjected to cryomaceration, followed by a period of refinement in thermo-regulated steel tanks. Straw yellow color, its aroma is intense and fruity, with notes of black pepper and lime, enlivened by good acidity.
