From pure pecorino grapes, Abruzzo Pecorino DOC Castello di Semivicoli is produced from the vineyards that surround the homonymous baronial palace in Casacanditella in the province of Chieti, refined wine resort of the Masciarelli family. Versatile but full-bodied, intense and layered , it is a vibrant white with great contrasts, with aromatic notes ranging from balsamic, sage, thyme, honeysuckle and mountain herbs, but also hints of pear, dried apple, Lemon peel.
