In each box: 1 bottle of AlpeRegis Extrabrut Trentodoc, a Millesimato produced only from Chardonnay grapes, which has found the ideal conditions in the Dolomites area for the perfect expression of its character, rigorously harvested by hand, selecting the bunches directly in the vineyard best. Maturation on the lees for at least 48 months. n° 1 bottle of Alpe Regis Rosè Trentodoc, produced only in the best vintages from the selection of the best Pinot Noir (90%) and Chardonnay (10%) grapes coming exclusively from our vineyards in the hilly areas of the Adige Valley north of Trento .
At the top of the Mezzacorona quality pyramid, NOS is produced in a limited number of bottles only in excellent vintages starting from grapes harvested in the best vineyards in the classic production area of Teroldego Rotaliano DOC, the Piana Rotaliana. Vinified in small steel tanks, NOS spends the first two years of aging in selected barriques and a further year in large fine oak barrels. It is then bottled, where it remains for another 12 months to refine the refinement.
