Organoleptic examination
The scent is intense and persistent. Clear fruit sensations can be recognized on the nose. The taste is immediately perceived the acid shoulder and the marked minerality, typical of the grape cultivated in Tufo. Soft balsamic notes follow.
Food pairings
To drink with raw seafood, buffalo mozzarella and white meat first courses.
